One of the key goals of the MSTG is to provide a forum for major technical communities relevant to manufacturing. Some disciplines of interest cross the boundaries between existing AVS Divisions, while others reach beyond AVS technical skills to additional disciplines critical for manufacturing. The MSTG is targeting several areas of high-technology microelectronics manufacturing, including:
