Student Travel Award

Awarded to students traveling to the AVS conference in order to present the results of their studies. Nominations are done by student advisers and should be submitted to the ASED executive committee before the AVS conference. An abstract submitted to the conference, where the student is indicated as the presenting author, is required for the nomination to be considered. The award consists of a small check with partial compensation for costs of the student travel.
